Aaisha is the founder and Lead Speech Pathologist at Lumina Therapy & Co. A Certified Practising Speech Pathologist and member of Speech Pathology Australia, she brings a warm, strengths-based and neuro-affirming approach to every family she works with.
Lumina Therapy & Co. was founded on a simple belief: children make the fastest progress when therapy fits naturally into the life they already live. That's why we come to you — at home, at kinder, at childcare and at school across Melbourne's South-East — rather than asking families to fit into a clinic timetable.
A neuro-affirming practice
We honour each child's natural communication style and identity, embracing neurodiversity rather than trying to change it. Our therapy empowers children to express themselves authentically and confidently — without pressure to mask or conform. We look beyond communication challenges to understand the whole child: their environment, sensory needs, culture and emotional wellbeing.
Collaborative by nature
We work closely with families, educators and other professionals so every child has a consistent, supportive team around them. Our practice is evidence-based, family-centred and culturally responsive, and we warmly welcome children of every background, language, neurotype and ability.
